You can submit any request related to consent withdrawal or the removal of personal information from our database directly by emailing us. You will have access to your personal information, and you may request us to make changes in the information by emailing us and such information will be amended as appropriate.

Cookies

Payment Terms:
  • A down payment of 10% will be made in advance before starting the design.
  • 25% of the balance is due in advance before starting the interior work.
  • R/A bills will be submitted according to the progress of work for another 68% before completion.
Materials and Finishes:
  • All furniture will be constructed using waterproof Phenol Bonded ISI stamp 100% Pine core plywood.
  • The exterior finish will consist of imported laminate/veneer, while the interior will have a laminate (.8mm) finish.
  • Additional Work: Any work that falls outside the scope of the mentioned quotation will result in an extra bill.
Project Completion:

Work will be completed within 5-6 months from the start date.

Electrical Costs:

The final electrical bill may fluctuate based on the client's requirements.

Hardware:

Hinges provided will be Hettich/Hafele Merinolam Laminate.

Warranty:

A one-year manufacturing warranty is included on installation.

Exclusions:

Any item not explicitly listed in the quotation will only be provided at an additional cost.

Handover:

The keys to the property will be handed over to the client upon final settlement of all dues.

Quotation Validity:

Rates quoted are valid for one month from the date the quotation is given.

Taxes:

GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be applicable4.

Project Delays:

The company is not liable for project delays caused by slow design finalization or payment issues on the client's end.

Discounts:

Complementary items or discounts will be adjusted at the time of final closing payment.

Advance Payments:

Advance payments are non-refundable.

Scope of Work:

The purpose of this agreement is to define the scope of work and the schedule of payments agreed upon by each party.

Access to Premises:

Reasonable access to the premises will be required for the designer and designer’s agents required to perform the agreed-upon work. By signing this proposal, you understand that the peace and privacy of your home may be disrupted for the time required to perform the work.
